Endings and New Beginnings

Another thing for school.

               It is already May, I remember when I first stepped foot into my new middle school when I was in 6th grade, and now I am already leaving again to go to a new school. Pretty exciting, isn't it. During this time, everyone is going to start to have their goals for the new year. I am slowly coming up with my goals for the end of the year, the summer, and my new journey being a 9th grader.
              My goals right now that I am focusing on is to get all As and Bs on my report card and on my finals. I have been struggling with my grades lately with all that is going on, but I have been doing my best to try to get all my work in and to prepare for the dreaded finals. Another goal of mine is to try to talk to people more in my school because I will most likely not be able to see them so much in high school. I have always had trouble talking to people, it has become more apparent now. But, I have hope that I will be able to talk to people during these times of studying and preparing.
              After school, and during summer I have a few other goals. One, is that I want to be completely prepared as I could possibly be for high school. High school is a whole other place for grades. It is the last school you go to before you can go to college and choose your career. One bad grade can affect your whole entire life direction, that is scary. Another goal that I have during the summer is to simply have fun, I know that when I go to high school I am going to have to work my tail off. So, why not start having a little bit of fun before I go? I also want to do more acting classes during the summer. My parents signed me up for classes in the Second City, and it is really great there. I want to do more classes there during the summer.
              Finally, my goals during high school. One of the goals that I have is to be focused on what I am doing at school. Like I said before, one bad grade can affect your whole entire GPA. I want to be a great peer and do what needs to be done to get things done. I also want to do most of the plays at our school, that would be really grand. They do 6 plays/musicals a year! 6!
             Those are my goals, and if you are scared for high school and your future. Good. Fear gives us the drive to make us want to get rid of our fears in order to replace them with ideas. It also makes sure that you don't go and do something stupid. Bye~Bye.

My graduation speech

(I am about to graduate from middle school, and we got an assignment to post a speech on our blogs, so here!)             Here we are, getting ready to go to high school. We are all now looking behind in the past while still looking at the future. Planning on what we are going to do with our lives. But, I have just one message to tell you that involves to everyone in this room. Make something new. Favorite Food, I Guess.

               So, yesterday for class we discussed foods that we would like to eat. We also talked about what we would want for our best meal. It didn't take me that long to pick what I wanted for a dream meal because I was thinking about it for a really long time. For the fact that I was hungry.               I wouldn't get an appetizer because I just don't like appetizers. But, for the main course I have a nice lovely plan for it. I would have sushi, I like sushi. Inside the sushi would be, of course, rice, avocado, and eel maki.
