My graduation speech

(I am about to graduate from middle school, and we got an assignment to post a speech on our blogs, so here!)

Here we are, getting ready to go to high school. We are all now looking behind in the past while still looking at the future. Planning on what we are going to do with our lives. But, I have just one message to tell you that involves to everyone in this room. Make something new. If this is the one thing that you remember about me, that would be great.
In this world that we are living in today, people tell us multiple times that we should get some sort of job that we hear constantly. When we ask their reasoning behind it, they say, "It has the best payment," or "You will have a good life." The people that want to have these jobs are excited to hear this, but the others? We should all know that we are not going to live forever that we are all going to die one day. There are two types of people, the ones who get a miserable job with great payment but end up spending only their last years of life in luxury and satisfaction. The other type of people, they pick a job that they enjoy to do. Something they can go to every single day, and look back at it to say, "I was proud of this!" This job brings all types of problems, maybe it won't. I know that its better than doing something you hate with the knowing fact that you will be doing this for most of your life.
I don't want that to happen to anyone in this room, anyone. Every single person on this planet deserves to have a great life. Especially when our world is filled with despair growing across each continent. You knows? Maybe we are the generation who puts a stop to great problems? Even though, their is one small problem that everyone has, including myself. We shut all the different views of the world, and only look at the world from where we want to see it. Sometimes we can't acknowledge problems, and even our own. Examples of this is sexism, racism, homophobia, discrimination against religion and beliefs. All caused because we seem to can't look beyond our own ideals. That gets in the way of all of us seeing satisfaction in the end of our lives. It leaves the world a little bit closer to breaking.
Make something new means to break boundaries, do something that can make people's and your life better. Whether it is being a doctor, teacher, librarian, singer, animator, make-up artist, actor, anything! That is what we should all remember! And this, my friends, is a moment of satisfaction of growing up. We get to make our place with the world thanks to the friends and families that we know today. Thanks to the parents the wake us up every morning to got to school. Let's enjoy our moment of satisfaction.

“We must live, and when this is all over, we must work to make the world a better place. And if we die, we will die knowing that it was not our fault, that we did our best, and we can go to our deaths in dignity… I want you both to live…And to remember...You must choose love. Always choose love.”                   This was an excerpt from Daniel's Story , a book that my class is reading on the topic of the Holocaust, and this is the quote about love, something very dire and strict nowadays. A loving person can come in many forms or shapes, it can come in my imagination of someone who will listen, it can be a thought of love that has taken shape in your mind, and it can be all the other things that people may believe.                    What I am told to write about today is of someone in my life who has chosen love, whether they are in the movie or in real life. It will be hard to pick...

Dear Diary,                                                                                                 February 26th, 2018                               It has been a long time since I have written in a diary, the last time I written in one was when I had no one else to turn to for my problems. Well, this is a problem that I'd like to say. I'm sick.                               You would think that someone with an illness would be taken care of, yet I feel not being taken care of. I am stuck drinking evil medicine tea, headaches, and listening ...
